backup dismounted mailbox database on exchange 2007

    Hi,

     

    You'd need to disable Active File Exclusion as per the TN below...

    Once done, select the *.edb and any related files and back them up using Advanced Open File Option (just to be sure). Verify the backup if need-be and turn AFE back on again.
