    Where have you located the job and catalog information?

    Check the TN about this...ideally you'd want to locate them on the CASO if you intend on delegating jobs to it, or at least replicate them.

    Alternatively, make sure the correct ports are open on any firewall you might run on those servers (or between them):

    From the CASO server's Storage tab, right-click the MMS server and choose Settings. Set Connection Settings to "Custom" and you'll find may configurable options regarding job alerts, history etc.
