Backup Exec 2014 Trial Limitations

I couldn't find this anywhere in the documentation or licensing information, but does the 2014 trial not actually back up the Exchange DB?  I see it checked in selections  but it's greyed out.  Kind ...

    ...you won't see the *.edb because Backup Exec has something called Active File Exclusion which skips files such as this.

    Since you are trying out BE 2014, it would be better if you do not have it as part of a DAG.

    When you do the backup, make sure you select the Microsoft Information Store to backup Exchange.  See this document

    When the backup is done correctly, you should be able to expand the Information Store and select individual objects for restore.  You will not find the .edb file in your restore selection because it is automatically excluded from backup.

    Also, make sure that your version of Exchange, down to SP &/or CU, are supported.  See the SCL below
