Backup Exec ver 9.1 - backup fails after restore

Hi

I am using backup exec ver 9.1 and the external 600GB tape drive has the lastest veritas drivers.

Basically if I do a restore from a tape say a week old and then put back in tonights tape the backup will fail.

The workaround is to do an inventory or test backup using tonights tape.

Any ideas?

    First backup after a restore hanging is a know bug, that had a HotFix issued,

    That Hotfix was included in SP1, sp2 and now SP3

    Install any of the ServicePacks and your problem should go awayMessage was edited by:
