Backup Fails for oracle database

Hi, could anybody help me with this issue.  when i try to backup test folder from x server it works fine. But when i try to backup the oracle database of x server it fails with below error mess...
2012
Agents
Backing Up
Backup and Recovery
Backup Exec
Windows Server (2003-2008)

    surprisingly it is working now.

    only a reboot was required for the agent server.

Hi

thanks for the tips. now the issue is resolved arising another issue which says 

the correct version of the agent for windows must be running on the target computer : Resource error

but i installed the agent from the media server itself to the agent server, so it is of same version.

please see attached error log.
