Cisco Unity Backup
I have the need to backup two Cisco Unity systems, Cisco recommend Backup Exec 8.6 ,
My question is is it still available and if not are later versions compatible with Unity version 4

You're going to be VERY lucky to get hold of BE 8.6 due to its age.
I've successfully used BE 11d, BE 12.5 and BE 2010 R1/R2/R3 to back up some of the Cisco Unity servers we had until they moved onto Linux.
I've put in the link for BE 2010 R3 below. Download and run it in trial mode and see if you can accomplish what you need too...
