License renewal(s)?

Question

I bought BE 11D last year for my server(s), exchange, sql, agents, etc.&nbsp; Now I'm getting calls to renew the license.&nbsp; Is this renewing my legal ability to use the software I thought we had already paid for or is this renewing the "support" for the software?

You do own the right to run the software. The Renewal is for the ability to call into support for product assistance and for product upgrades, and patches.

If no tech support is purchased at the time of purchase, customers are able to purchase incident support on an as needed basis.
