No backup sets found

Hi,

I installed the latest version of veritas backup exec 21.0 so i can restore my files from the tape. but every time i try to restore from the tape i get this error No backup sets found. Some images are attached for better understanding of the error.

    Hi,

    Have you performed the Inventory operation on the media? If so, I would suggest trying the following:

    1. In Backup Exec go to Tools -> Options -> Catalog (Settings)

    2. Uncheck "Use storage media-based catalogs"

    3. Run a catalog job on the tape again and verify the results.
