Oracle.exe service crashes due to ntdll.dll during backups

Hi,

Oracle.exe service crash oftenly when taking backup through varitas and i found the same issue reported to varitas support via https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100033378 . but our database version is 10g as solution provided from varitas for 11g DB. please find the error i got from event viewer

Faulting application ORACLE.EXE, version 10.2.0.3, time stamp 0x48140e2c, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6002.24262, time stamp 0x5a31491a, exception code 0xc0000374, fault offset 0x00000000000ac7a7, process id 0x1ab0, application start time 0x01d3db3f1ebe92df.

    Hi mate,

    The hotfix is not limited to 11G. I would suggest applying the hotfix and then monitor to see if the problem reoccurs.

      I can apply but this is prod instance. that why i need advice from you guys
