Morning, Are you backing up to tape using GRT directly? If so, you need to duplicate the backup to disk first, and then try the restore from there. It's in the way that BE stages the Exchange DB when doing a GRT restore from tape. Thanks!

    No, I am using duplicate for backing up to type.
