the resource credentials for the restore job were unable to create a role assignment for application impersonation. review the credentials to ensure that is has the rights that are requred for applicationimpersonation.
verifed backupexec account has symantecewsimpersonation role but this account cannot do a object level restore (mailbox object) .
verified test-webservicesconnectivity has no errors.
any ideas?

on the MS side the webconnectivity works fine with the BE account
on the symantec side the role assignee is the BE account for the symantecewsimpersonation role
get level mailbox restores still fail
Is proxy server configuration set. This can be verified by typing netsh winhttp show proxy
at the Exchange server's command prompt.

what Would Be the Netbios Domain Name and DNS Domain name?
If That is different, for ther restore credentials Use username@domainname instead of Domain\username
