Restoring Data using Backup Exec 2014 from tapes backed up by Backup Exec 2012
Hi All,
We have recently installed Backup Exec 2014 as an update for Backup Exec 2012 from Symantec . We are trying to restore data from old tapes backed up by Backup Exec 2012 using Backup Exec 2014.
I have already run Catalog job for the old tapes. When I run the restore wizard I can see the servers backed up on the tape and I can see the partitions on each server yet I can NOT see the Folders/ Files on each partition.
I have tried to test credentials before trying to access the partitions and it did not work too. Please help.

In the Restore Window try changing the date range, now its showing as 7/5/2014 -7/12/2014
EDIT: Set the From date old enough so that it shows your old backups.
