Hi, Nick. Stopped the service and moved all CRT and KEY files into the directory "Certs":
Directory: C: \ Program Files \ Symantec \ Backup Exec \ Data \ Certs
Mode LastWriteTime Length Name
---------------------------
-a --- 13.03.2012 14:23 1050 ActiveRC.crt
-a --- 13.03.2012 14:23 887 ActiveRC.key
-a --- 13.03.2012 14:23 924 ActiveSC.crt
-a --- 13.03.2012 14:23 887 ActiveSC.key
-a --- 13.03.2012 14:23 1050 ExpiringRC.crt
-a --- 13.03.2012 14:23 887 ExpiringRC.key
-a --- 13.03.2012 14:23 924 ExpiringSC.crt
-a --- 13.03.2012 14:23 887 ExpiringSC.key
then in the Data folder were only temporary files, DAT and MSSQL database with logs. After that started all the services through the Service Manager Symantec. Certificate filesand the keys were created again when you try to start the service SERVER, but the attempt failed. The situation remained the same.
You talked about the inclusion of debug - how is it done?
Thank you!
