Unable to connect to agents

I have Backup Exec 10 on a Windows Server 2003 (Standard edition SP2).
I have attached to it a HP Storageworks 1/8 Autoloader.
Backup Exec can see the network and see the other servers but it can only see the shares it cant see the drives or the shadow copy options.

All servers have the remote agent installed the software just cant seem to see it.

    has it ever worked in the past?  if so, what network changes were made about the time it stopped working?

    Are you advertizing the Agents to the media server? (see the Admin Guide)

    can yo uping both ways by both IIP and Name from the remote servers/media server?
