Email Footers

I thought I had read that in version 10.4 there was a way to prevent CA from getting hits on hotwords when searching against the contents of a footer in an email. However, I have not found anything in the documentation or online. Can anyone clarify if this is possible or not?

Indexing Exclusions: Gives the capability to specify email content that you do not want Enterprise Vault to index, such as email disclaimers and corporate email signatures. Excluding known static content can improve the quality of searching and reduce the number of false positive hits in a Discovery review set
