DLO 7.5 SP1 Issue on Windows 7 Machine

I have two computers with DLO installed and one works well ant the other does not.  On the computer that does not work, I receive the message below shortly after starting DLO:   Symantec DLO Desk...

    Would you enable verbose debugging on the DLO client machine & post/pm the log.
