problem de l'installation de l'agent DLO a distance

bonjour,

j'ai un problème quand je veux installer un agent DLO sur un poste client windows 7 à distance depuis le serveur 2008

après la sélection de poste dans l'arboraissance des pcs et après la saisie du compte administrateur et le mot de passe de domaine et quand je clique sur installer il monte un message d'erreur comme erreur d'installation distant : réfèrence pour la machine introuvable ( le nom de pc )

mais normalement le pc est connecté sur le réseau et le ping ça marche et le pare-feu désactivé

merci de m'aider .

    Would you pls enable verbose logging for DLOconsolueu.log and PM/post.

    voir le message d'erreur on cours de l'installation et dans le journal de log jil ya plusier fichier moi j'ai ouvrir le log de dloconsoleu et voici le log

    Would you pls provide me the push install log from Program Files\Symantec\DLO\Logs and a screenshot of the error as well.

    je prefere l'installation a distance ;

    et j'ai verifier tout les service demande mais il reste meme problém

    Try a local install of the DLO agent on the Win 7 machine.

    Else, if you would prefer a remote install, ensure WMI and Remote Registry services are enabled, running. UAC should be disabled as well. Lastly, if you have already tried this, pls post/pm the push install log.
