Mailboxes not processed Problem 14.2

Hi All,

Our problem is the not processed error in exchange tasks and the task runtime is too long. Only on 1 Enterprise vault server.

There is more than one exchange task available on the Enterprise Vault server. We are having problems on this server while other Enterprise Vault servers are archiving on time.

Do you have any suggestions on this?

    The problem is solved.

    If orphaned is open in the regedit as follows, the archiving cannot be completed because both the archiving and the log are written at the same time.

    When I set the Fix Orphaned Shortcut value to 0, the new log is not creating.


    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW 6
    432Node\KVS\Enterprise Vault\Agents

    Fix Orphaned Shortcut value must be 0

      Hello, a late addition to your solution. 

      See KB 

      In short, this processs runs when the archiving task is set to run with shortcutprocessing. What you can do, to prevent issue, is to run the task with ONLY shortcutprocessing. The advantage being that the task runs faster, and also that you should see more mailboxes processed.

      Or, leave as is :)
