You do not have permission to read the contents of the log folder.

When I click the Users in History Tab the error occurs. What should I do? Thanks for the urgent help. Best Regards!
  • Are you logged in to the DLO server using the Administrator account under which the DLO Admin service is running ?

Try launching the DLO console as "Run as admin" as well.

Also, do ensure the permissions are set as follows -

Share Permissions on the root NTFS folder defined as the NUDF
    Administrators (group)      Full Control
    DLO Service account:      Full Control
    Everyone:                        Full Control

Security Permissions on the root NTFS folder defined as the NUDF

    Administrators (group)      Full Control
    DLO Service account:       Full Control
    SYSTEM:                        Full Control
    Everyone:                        Read and Execute

Lastly, if the above does not help, use ProcMon to identify where the access problem is. Could be a registry key access issue as well.
