After the mailbox migration, the archived email could not be retrieved from EV ?
People,
I'm having problem in accessing my old email using my Outlook 2007 that was archived in my EV 8 SP4 ?
In my Outlook, there is grey bar which said "This Item has been archived by E.V...." but when I clicked it doesn't do anything at all ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had to call Symantec support since yesterday this was a very serious problem, therefore I here's the solution:

the problem was that in outlook, the user cannot get the full email message due to the outlook 2007 script restriction.
or just an envelope icon.
