    Sorry, what I meant was they should add this as a feature enhancement, it would be quite easy So it does other things like checking it's load behavior and such, so checking/correcting the mapisvc.inf should be easy

I didn't raise a case with symantec because of the way the office install was replacing files That being said, this issue would be solved straight away if the client made the check on startup because resetevclient requires admin privileges
