'EnterpriseVaultAppPool' exceeded time limits during shut down

Hi All,

We are freequently getting a IIS related event from SCOM and its says 'EnterpriseVaultAppPool' exceeded time limits during shut down. Please see the below exact alert,

Alert: Application Pool worker process is unresponsive

Source: EnterpriseVaultAppPool

Path: EVServer.domain.com

Last modified by: Domain\saSCOM Last modified time: 6/18/2012 9:20:06 AM Alert description: A process serving application pool 'EnterpriseVaultAppPool' exceeded time limits during shut down. The process id was '21432'.

 

Did anybody experienced the same? I have my EV servers running on windows 2008R2 SP1 and EV version is 9 with service pack 2.

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2634635 You're going to have to DTrace w3wp to see what's going on and troubleshoot IIS to see what EV requests are going on at that point Best bet is to use DebugDiag and use the hang mode
