Thank you for quick response...

We contacted Symantec support, and they suggest us to restore Vault store partition along with it's database...

So, we build new EV server in isolated environment, and today we will try to restore those services...

1. First, directory database

2. Second, EVOM database

And after that we will try to restore fingerprint and vault store databases..

I have one more question:

Can we use that new server in isolated environment without domain, and can we restore all components on it if he is not domain member?

I'm little confuesd here beacuse of EV service account that is domain account in production...
