how to purge old data to minimize the DB size ?

Hii All   Can any one help me with the steps on how to purge old data to minimize the DB size ? in symantec Enterprise Vault 11.0 currently performing in test environment.   Thanks ...

Thanks for the reply. Sorry the EV is 10 . I wanted to purge data of auditing and monitoring ....by keeping data of only 90days . My database contains data of last 1.5 years. can i perform purging activity manually on the database server ? what are the basics steps to perform the activity on the oracle server can any share please.
