Microsoft Outlook: Error found in Custom UI XML of "Enterprise Vault Add-in"

We're experiencing Enterprise Vault add-in error when opening Microsoft Outlook:

"Error found in Custom UI XML of "Enterprise Vault Add-in"

Software versions are following:

O365 ProPlus 16.0.15225.20288 (x64)

Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-in version: 12.5.1.1342 (x64)

 

How can we solve this error?

    Hi there,

    please verify two things:

    -Disable any other add-in that is currently present

    -Update the add-in to a newer version
