    Hello Elroy,

    Journal Archiving by default does not create shortcuts. Works as designed :-)

    Journal Archiving is done mostly for legal and compliance reason, and as a Journal Mailbox is not considered a 'normal' mailbox, there is no requirement to have shortcuts. If you need to find items, you need to use Discovery Accelerator.

Alternatively you can also view the journal items through Enterprse Vault Search (http://<evserver>/enterprisevault/search)
