    I think the reason is because your working server is EV9 SP1, your fail over server is EV9 base


    Working
    /EnterpriseVault/V9.0.1.1073/en/Dialog.css

    Not Working
    /EnterpriseVault/V9.0.0.1193/en/Dialog.css

     

    Reinstall the EV9 SP1 binaries

Have you compared the files between your working and DR sites?

Have you compared the IIS logs (particularly around the number of bytes returned, etc) ?
