SQL reporting running Slowly

Hi All,

I currently have an issue with EV 8 SP3 Reporting on SQL 2008 x64. after the inital install and config of EV reporting i am able to connect to the reports and set up subscriptions with no issues. After i close the Page and try and connect again the Reports home page takes forever to open. 

I have tried re installing MSSQL Reporting Services, recreated the the Default web sites and applied the defaults to them. Recreated the SQL DB for reporting and again running the EVReports config, I get the same results. it opens perfectly the first time it is run there after it is slow.

    Try this http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/317967.htm I had the same issue and after applying those config file changes, it ran 10000% faster

    thanks for the response JesusWept2,

    I have made the changes as described in  the tech note, but now i get an error that the Reporting service is not running.
    I have found an article that describes the issue i am having but it references IIS6 and everything has changed in IIS7. Could you possibly have a look at the post an see if it makes sense  to you.  http://www.sqlreportingservices.net/Ask/5536.aspx
