User unable to access archived email
Hi,
We're running Enterprise Vault 7.5 and we have one user who can't access his archived emails.
Each time he clicks on an archived email a window pops up asking for his credentials, he'd enter ...

Go to Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Advanced -> Manage Passwords
If your EV server is listed there, click it and then press Remove and try again
