0x80040115 means MAPI_E_NETWORKERROR Usually it's because of an issue contacting the global catalog or it can't find the user in the global address list Really you may need to DTrace AgentClientBroker and then try and enable the mailbox and see if you get a more specific error that maybe hidden more in the trace You can try using the Closest GC registry key on the EV server and seeing if that helps, I'd also look to see ifyou can enable other mailboxes and synchronize other mailboxes If the task works normally then it may not be an issue with the task or the exchange server but with that particular user, for instance if they are newly creates mailbox you may have to wait for the gc's and the gals to synch before it will be able to be enabled
