ZAP.ini error

Hi All

Trying to run a Zap.ini file against a users mailbox and I keep geeting the folllowing error

 

 

Creating privileged MAPI session ...
 
Parsing input file: c:\zap.ini
Processing input file
 
Processing mailbox: /o=XXXX/ou=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/cn=RECIPIENTS/cn=XXXX

Error - Whilst processing mailbox with dn: /o=XXXX/ou=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP
/cn=RECIPIENTS/cn=XXXX [0x8004011D]
 
Any ideas why this is happening?

    It's a very generic error.  As Wayne points out it could be the server is unavailable, it could also be one of the following:

    1. The mailbox doesn't exist (unlikely if you're zapping it)

    2. The mailbox database hosting the mailbox is dismounted.
