Upgrading 5230 from 2.6.0.4 to 2.6.1

I'm having some problems upgrading my Netbackup appliance. As part of the upgrade process, it takes a checkpoint. Which is failing with the following error:

- [Error] Not all nodes could be contacted. Make sure all cluster nodes are online and SSH is properly configured. If all nodes are online and functioning, please contact Symantec Support.
- [Error] Could not contact: devnetbk01
- [Error] Create checkpoint validation failed. Unable to continue with checkpoint creation. Please fix the errors above and try again.

SSH is running. This node is not clustered, nor is there any media servers attached. 

Can anyone help?

    Is eth0 online and configured?

    Page 25 of the v2.6.1 release notes:

    ...says that checkpoints fail if eth0 is not configured.

    HI

    is devnetbk01 a media server, if yes try deactivating media server

    To activate or deactivate a media server

    1. In the NetBackup Administration Console, expand Media and Device Management > Media Servers.

    2. From the Media Servers pane, select the media server to activate or deactivate.

    3. On the Actions menu, select Activate or Deactivate.
