Activity monitor failure

I m getting the following error while accessing activity monitor and etc.., can anybody suggest how to resolve this   Getting following error while stopping services: saem as while ...

    Seems like issue with nbsl. See if this helps: Fixed in 7.7.2: (ET 3853951) Downloadable Fix: An Emergency Engineering Binary (EEB) is available for NetBackup 7.7.1 which resolves nbsl communication issues in the Java GUI. https://www.veritas.com/docs/000099899

If I upgrade to version 7.7.3, the activity monitor failure is also come out but I don't found any fixed for 7.7.3, also the OpsCenter cannot connect to master server after upgrade from 7.7.1 to 7.7.3. I also guess that is nbsl problem but don't know how to fix.
