    I solved the issue today

    It was because of Mcafee antivirus once I disabled and retry SRT created without any issue

Hello,

 

There are multiple causes for this failure.

I would recommend to go through the article mentioned below. Its similar issue but acknowledged  in NBU 7.x

But you will get the idea, where to find more detail about root cause.
