Master server.
Please see my previous post:

When you run the command from NBU master/emm server.....

PLEASE remember to check if media server was installed as master. If so, best to uninstall and reinstall.

check this server&nbsp;&nbsp;lx595.fn.est.mario.com EMMSERVER entry in bp.conf
it should be&nbsp;maslx.cp.mario.net.
but its&nbsp;lx595.fn.est.mario.com

Fix with:
nbemmcmd -setemmserver
No need to specify any media server name.
When you run the command from NBU master/emm server, it will automatically update all media servers with correct entries.
Please double-check that&nbsp;lx595.fn.est.mario.com&nbsp;was not installed as master server.
	Own name as 1st entry in bp.conf is confirmation.
	Also check with 'bpps -x' for emm and relational database processes.
	If it was, quickest solution will be to unistall NBU, reinstall using Master server name as EMM server and Master.

The command will work IF we know for sure that the media server was installed as MEDIA server and not accidentally as master server. 
Please post output of 'bpps -x' on the media server so that we can better understand your situation.
