Error with media when execute SLP Deduplication

Question

Hello,I have a image in disk pool, but when slp deduplication is execute i have de the next error;Error&nbsp;bptm&nbsp;(pid=28784)&nbsp;FREEZING&nbsp;media&nbsp;id&nbsp;000080,&nbsp;Medium&nbsp;identifiers&nbsp;do&nbsp;not&nbsp;matchi see the media and i use unfreeze, and the become active again, so i do;- inventory robot check: the media is on- I use label :&nbsp;media&nbsp;manager&nbsp;found&nbsp;wrong&nbsp;tape&nbsp;in&nbsp;drive&nbsp; (93)&nbsp;Can help me pleaseRegards

When you re-label a tape, please remember to de-select 'Verify label' option.

Error 93 is typically the result of tape from another source being added to the library. NetBackup will not overwrite different tape formats by default.
To fix this, you could either run a quick erase or enable media overwrite.&nbsp;Have&nbsp; a look on this article:&nbsp;https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100017535

Hello,Thanks for your help.I run Label and Quick Erase and check option Verify, but this job fails.VirgilDobos, i have 4 tld and the master only have media properties are ANSI, and all work fine, so if i add more check in production will it affect something?Marianne&nbsp;, this media is new and use label and check verify fail (https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100027311)(https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100019078)&nbsp;regarding this topic for the moment i cant put new medias.Regards.&nbsp;

You misunderstood... de-select means that the Verify option must NOT be selected.

If the label option does not help, then please check that bptm log folder exists on the media server, and set bptm logging level at 3.
After next failure, please copy the log file to bptm.txt and upload here.
