Exchange 2010 Individual mailbox backup

I have configured all the given steps on the guide for the client and master but i'm receiving this error "the client type is incorrect in the configuration database(72)" Please advice

Did you select the "snapshot backup" tick box? Is the snapshot method set to VSS? The software should pick it when set to Auto, but you can try and specify it manually.

Your selection is incorrect, you cannot use Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes:\

 

You have to use one of the below (depending if its a DAG or not)

 

Microsoft Exchange Database Availability Groups:\

Microsoft Exchange Database Availability Groups:\Mailbox Database

Microsoft Information Store:\

Microsoft Information Store:\Mailbox Database

Detailed info about backup selection for GRT in the NBU for Exchange Admin Guide: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH127056

See page 71. You no longer need a mailbox backup policy - you backup the entire Information Store and GRT allows you to restore individual mailbox items.

I have attached my exchange policy configurations and restore screenshot ,the restore still does not show the individual mailboxes,please advice

Please confirm that Sapo_STU is a DISK Storage Unit (basic or advanced) and that NFS is enabled and configured on Exchange server and media server (as per the video and Admin Guide).

Also confirm that the NBU Client Service is started with Exchange Admin Account and that this account name is added in Host Properties.

That icon represents a DISK Storage Unit, so the issue would be with NFS configuration, netbackup client service account permission etc. Please verify those as per the video and admin guides. Also check the details of the activity monitor for the DAG backup.
