exchange granular restore may not work
Hi everybody,
Here is what I have done to solve this issue, but still doesn't work.
1- I have Installed NFS on my Media Server.
2- I have Installed NFS on Exchange 2013 (no DAG is configured)
3- Security department has temporally stopped the firewall rules between exchange server and Netbackup.
4- obviously when I uncheck “enable granular recovery” option in the “policy settings”, the backup will be done successfully but this is not my goal, I want to have granular backup/restore benefits.

So first I recommend the NFS services restart, then try to uninstall/reinstall as advised.

This is an NFS issue, if the first step of this TN below doesn't work, it means that the nfs is not properly installed/running, : https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100000686
As Michal_Mikulik1 suggested, uninstall/reinstall the NFS for client* (not server) and reboot the server and try again the command nbfsd mount -server ...
