Exchange Granular Restore

In my org.  we have following env.

Exchange Clients

Two Node Cluster

Clients OS -  Windows 2008

Exchnage Server version :-  Exchange 2007

Netbackup clients 6.5.4 installed on both clients.

Master Server cum Media Server

Windows 2003

Netbackup 6.5.4.

Backup of non-granular is working fine. Want to configure granular restore. What are prerequisite to configure. Is it possible with above env.?
7.1.x and Earlier
Backup and Recovery
NetBackup

    Also read this thread: https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/very-slow-exchange-grt-backups You may need a few EEB before it works ! If it works well (and fast) for you, please post more details about your setup.

    Check patch notes from 6.5.4 in case anything might apply to your environment as well.

    Can you give more details, many of us experience many problems with GRT... 1- What's your store size ? 2- How many mailboxes ? 3- How long does it take to index the stores after the backup ? 4- Do you duplicate your backups to tape ? 5- Did you really use "Microsoft Information Store:\" in the backups selection ?
