NetBackup 7 - Restore: the "Search Backups" does not work
This is odd, but we are receiving good backups but the "Search Backups" feature inside 'Backup,Archive,Restore' fails to work.
Either from the Master NetBackup Server or any of the media server or the from the NetBackup Client, when I try the restore it fails with:
"WARNING: server (NB00) does not contain any backups for client (EX02) using the specified policy type (MS-Exchange-Server) and keyword phrase (Today_Bill) as requested by client (EX02)"

checked the: "Perform case-insensitive search"
Start Date: 8/6/2011
End Date: 12/6/2011

I have attached a screen shot of the Search Backups windows where it identifies the 'Search Folder' and everything else.
Any direction would greatly help.

1) the keyword search has to do with if you add a keyword phrase to a policy
2) go do the mailbox you want to search and make sure it is collapse on the left side.
then go to your search and put Today_Bill in that top box ( the one that says path - clear everything out of that box first and just type in the word(s) you are looking for) then do your search it will the expand on the left to show you what folder it found it in then you got to that and see your item.
