Netbackup 7.5 VMware policy restore error(2820)

How can I solve this issue? I had my Master Server, Media Server and Backup/Restore Server combined, and all VM backups are working fine. However, all my VM restore attempts gets 2820. ...

    I've experienced similar issue that bpVMutil.exe crashes in process of creating VM. Check Application Log on VMware Recovery Host whether crash was reported.

    And, try "Remove backing information for devices like DVD/CD-ROM drives, serial or parallel ports" option.

The option "backing information for devices like DVD/CD-ROM drives, serial or parallel ports" indicates that NetBackup recover the VM as it was except state of removable drives, serial ports and parallel ports.
On recovered VM, DVD/CD-ROM become not mounted.
I think this is minor defect.
