    Capacity based license allows you to deploy as many servers as you like - even masters servers.

    Just ensure that you do not exceed the amount of front-end terabytes that need to be backed up. If so, just purchase additional.

Using  Auto Image replication , is supported only for backup on Disk.

What I am thinking here is

Having Two master servers, One in the Main site and the second on the DR, then replicate the catalog from the main to the DR site. if this douable this will help and gain the time on the recovery at the DR site, without need to re catalog the tapes which will take hours along time in some cases.
