Netbackup volume manager not starting

Dear Readers , 

    Recently I've decided to add addiotional Master Server to my Netbackup Server . so I installed new OS and and name it "L-BCK-NEW" . then I Added "L-BCK-NEW" as a Truster master server in "L-BCK"

as you know after any changes you have to stop all the services with bpdown. to make the changes applied . 

but after stoppng services I am getting this error : " Netbackup has determined that the services : Netbackup Volume Manager on the host L-BCK are not running . :

    Seems you did more than just
    "Added "L-BCK-NEW" as a Truster master server in "L-BCK".

    Seems you have added "L-BCK-NEW" and clicked 'Make Master'.

    This is why you are seeing this error: 

    l-bck is not the primary server l-bck-new.lotus.tr

    Open the Registry with regedt32

    Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VERITAS\NetBackup\CurrentVersion\Config

    Look at Server entry.
    Which server name is listed first? 
    On master server L-BCK, the first name MUST be L-BCK.
