Re: Duplications failing with 96

I ran into this 96 error. Found a conversation regarding this error in the forum which led me to run: 

vmpool -list_scratch

/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/goodies available_media

After running the scratch pool and available_media commands, I noticed the media types were different. Scratch pool listed HCART2  for storage and all that were available were HCART3. The customer changed the resource to HCART3 and duplication proceeded.

On a side note, the scratch pool printout mentioned the SLP operations were all active, is that a read-out from the GUI and would I have needed to run the SLP command: nbstl <SLPname> -all_versions -L to find the actual status?
