Netbackup Policies list are not generating in GUI for a ID alone

Need your advise and help how to move on this below issue, facing problem opening the policies in GUI using one ID , same time if we use other ID's its working fine and taking long ...
Check the auth.conf file is setup correctly for this user.

Finally the below helped me to get out from this issue.
On the Java Remote Administration Console machine edit the install_path\VERITAS\Java\setconf.bat as follows:
Modify this default setting.
SET NBJAVA_CORBA_DEFAULT_TIMEOUT=60Change it to:
SET NBJAVA_CORBA_DEFAULT_TIMEOUT=300After this setting is changed attempt to access the policies. Let the GUI run for a least 5 minutes.
- After changing the NBJAVA_CORBA_DEFAULT_TIMEOUT=300, was able to list the policy.
