Searching Individual Email
Currently we are backing up Exchange 2013 individual e-mail using MS-Exchange Server policy. It seems that the backup is working fine. I have even done a single message restore which has work fine as well. My question is there any way to do a search for a message into a specific mailbox and/or database?
No, there is really no search capability with in NetBackup.
You could try cat_convert -dump, but I am not sure if that will work with exchange backups.
