BESR 2010 - Server 2008 R2 x64 - BlueScreen Abnormal Program Termination STOP 0xCA
Hi,
We are having issues with BESR 2010 causing blue screens during base and incremental image creation on a new server.
Server is a HP DL380 G6 with latest firmware and drivers.
Operating system is Win 2K8 R2, fully patched, which is a 64-bit only OS.
The server is a member server in an AD domain and runs the hyper-v role.
Everytime BESR 2010 attempts to create an image (be it an incremental or base image) the server performs an automatic restart reporting:
- Program Termination (BugCheck, STOP: 0x000000CA (0x0000000000000002, 0xFFFFFA8006704A70, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000))
VSS appears to be running correctly on this server.
This issue occurs whether we are writing images to a USB drive, direct attached storage or over the network to a NAS.
Our order of installation was Server followed by BESR 2010 followed by the addition of Hyper-v role and VM's.
We have tried a full uninstall and reinstall of BESR 2010 which resulted in the same problem occurring.
BESR appears to be running fine in all other aspects and was working before we added the hyper-v role.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Noel
