BESR 2010 - Device Manager error - GENERIC MOUNT CONTROL DEVICE

Installed BESR 2010 on a few desktops (one licensed, the others trials) and keep seeing very odd issues.  I'm now noticing they all have at least one item in Device Manager that says GENERIC MOUNT CON...

    Fixed!

    Uninstalled BESR 2010.  Ran the BESR 2010 uninstall.bat tool.  Reboot.  Ran the BESR 8.5 uninstall.bat tool.  Reboot.  Reinstall BESR 2010.  No more Generic Mount Control Device listed in Device manager.
