It was an obvious thing to ensure that my IOMEGA external network drive WAS formatted as NTFS I did this a long time ago now   ....but this makes no difference whatsoever, so my answer to your question is that the problem I have is NOT solved by this suggestion..... like others I am considering moving to another product as Ghost 12 (and 14?) obviously cannot handle network drives at all..
