Backup Exec 11d services not starting

Hi,

I have just recently installed BE 11d on windows server 2003 R2. The server had already SQL 2000, the install went relatively smooth but I can't get the BE server services to start.

It starts and stops and a message appears stating that services usually stop if they have no job to perform. What the hell is that suppose to mean.

    That is a message from windows, the right error message is being reported in the Event Viewer.  Also, which one is the service that won't start.  Is it the Backup Exec server or the Backup Exec Device and Media service?
